Be known to yourself: Before you go to buy something for yourself, you must know your size, and weight. If you are a runner or a sports person, the thing that matters the most is the weight of your body. There is one more thing that is also important and that is stride. Stride is important to know so that you could run and play safely with comfort.
Be known to your frequency: If you are running for almost a week then there's a need of advanced cushioning in the shoes.
According to your feet type, know your stride: Basically, there are three different types of feet, so the running style of these feet types is also different. Some people have Under pronated feet, some have Overpronated while some have Neutral feet type.
In the Underpronated type of feet, the heel strikes the ground first followed by the little toe, so shoe cushioning is required for safety.
In Overpronated type of feet, inner heel strikes the ground first followed by the big toe. So only the shoes with stability are recommended for these feet types.
Some people have neutral feet type, and in this feet type, heel strikes first on the ground. It is then followed by toes and forefoot. So, neutral shoes with better cushioning and stability are recommended.
Here are we are giving you a list of sports shoes available for all feet types.
